We aim to increase awareness to the long-term benefits of recycling. We support sustainable agriculture and green product manufacturing methods. By engaging in a green-friendly philosophy, we believe it will help to further promote the education and planning needed to sustain global consciousness and responsiveness.

We also believe in facilitating the exchange of initiative views, success stories, and resource material as part of our website. Our individual vision of what the green initiative signifies for us and our company, we strive to become a "zero waste" company. Our objective is to protect and preserve the environment from misuse of natural resources, and the unwarranted display of by-products in the atmosphere and in our own backyards.

Starting at home

The most basic and important aspect of an environmentally-friendly workplace is to create our own eco-friendly environment. We have implemented a recycle/reuse program at our own offices.

	We have taken measure to reduce our paper trail.
	We recycle, reuse and reduce paper by emailing and faxing whenever possible.
	Recycle printer cartridges, office electronics, food containers, cans, bottles and plastic bags.
	The use of Energy Star appliances in our kitchens.
	Conserve the use of our air conditioning and heating temperatures whenever possible.
	Recycle and reuse our packaging supplies as well as using bio-degradable materials.
	Replace high wattage light bulbs with low-energy efficient light bulbs.

Recycle

	Join us in our own recycling efforts. Participating in a recycling program of containers used for personal care products will reduce the amount of packaging that ends up in the landfills, accounting for as much as one third of the waste.
	Recycle through your own neighborhood programs or simply return your empty, clean containers back to Anya Natural. In return, Anya will donate One Dollar to plant a tree in your name.
	Anya Natural will be donating .25cents for every pound of recycled packaging collected and the proceeds will be given to the One Dollar, One Tree program to rebuild the Atlantic Forest of Brazil through the Nature Conservancy. One Dollar, One Tree

Climate change is already affecting our lives and the places we live. It has the potential to dramatically impact the lives of our children…

	The Atlantic Forest in Brazil is one of the largest in the world, regulating the earth's atmosphere and climate.
	The Conservancy is working with partners to restore 2.5 million acres of land and planting over a billion trees in the next 7 years.
