What is your return policy?
If you are dissatisfied with any of our products you may return them within 45 days of your purchase along with your original receipt or packing slip. Once they are returned you will either receive a refund or product credit. We do not refund shipping charges. You will be responsible for return postage. *No returns or liability will be accepted for inappropriate handling and/or storing of the products.

Please include a copy of your receipt (needed for a refund, if returned within 30 days of purchase), indicate whether you would like a refund or replacement, and include the reason for its return, price and description of the item returning. What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or if there is an error in your order, we will gladly replace or exchange as long as you have your original receipt or packing slip within 10 days.
